The Swiss Helping Point offers its customers a complete marriage and separation of property agreement, which is drafted in German and Thai. This is recommended in any case, regardless of wealth.

The contract roughly regulates that everything that is yours today does not have to be divided in a divorce. This also means that an inheritance or debt does not have to be shared.

This certificate is a five-page document, the content of which is designed according to German legislation (BGB, Book 4, Family Law ff), but is also based on Thai law.
The document must be notarized to be valid in Germany. For Thailand this is not necessary.
