§1 Validity of the conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the services and offers of Swiss Helping Point AG, hereinafter referred to as Swiss Helping Point. With the order of the service, these conditions are considered accepted.

§2 Offer and conclusion of contract

1. Swiss Helping Point’s offer is subject to change and non-binding.
2. The information on www.swisshelpingpoint.com (services and prices) is to be understood as a guide and does not constitute a guarantee.
3. By placing an order, you place a binding order. Orders are binding for Swiss Helping Point. A contract comes about after a written order confirmation by e-mail, which we send to you after receipt of your order.

§3 Deadlines, Order Fulfillment

1. The entry date of your guest / wife may vary. It depends on the necessary processing time of the authorities responsible for your case. Information about possible entry dates is to be understood as a guide and does not constitute a guarantee.
2. The issuing of a visa is solely at the discretion of the responsible embassy and the responsible authorities. Swiss Helping Point has no influence on the issuance of a visa and makes no guarantees.

§4 shipping costs

Shipping costs for tickets, documents, etc. are charged separately depending on the shipping method.

§5 Prices

All prices are in CHF or Euro and are shown excluding the Swiss Value Added Tax of 7.7% ( VAT ), excluding airline surcharges and embassy fees.

§6 Payment

Orders will only be processed or started against prepayment. For our full service packages (visitor visa / marriage package) we require a deposit. The amount of the corresponding down payment can be seen in the offer. There are the following payment options:
1. Bank transfer
For the transfer you can see our bank details in the offer.
2nd bar on site
Payment is made in cash after consultation but before the order is executed on site.
3. Credit card on site
Use your credit card as a means of payment. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Payment is made in cash after consultation but before the order is executed on site.

§7 Repayment Conditions

If the customer cancels the order, a processing fee of CHF 60.- will be charged. If work has already been carried out by Swiss Helping Point before the order is cancelled, this will be invoiced at cost.

Remaining credit will be refunded directly to the customer’s bank account. The right to a refund expires 24 months after the deposit date.

§8 data protection

Swiss Helping Point treats all customer data as strictly confidential and uses the data exclusively for order processing and its own marketing purposes. A transfer to third parties is excluded.

§9 Warranty

The warranty is subject to legal regulations.

§10 Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions accepted by Swiss Helping Point at the time of the order apply.

§11 Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Sursee (LU), Switzerland. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.

§12 Copyright

The images, the layout and the content of this website are protected by copyright. It is forbidden to copy, pass on or otherwise use images from this website without the consent of Swiss Helping Point. Any modification, duplication, use or storage of data, text or parts of text is not permitted without the express permission of Swiss Helping Point. Swiss Helping Point reserves all rights.
